He is managing partner at Mackenzie Eason, an executive search and consulting firm, and founder of Talent Metrics, an AI cloud-based software that measures organizational culture and provides actionable intelligence to build strong culture and improve revenue, retention and productivity.

Darien is born and raised in Fort Worth, TX where he resides with his wife and their three young children. He has a passion for civic involvement and in his free time he enjoys soccer, DIY, and listening to local FW music.
