Preeti Tej Singh has written 2 books of poetry: “I” by Sterling Publishers, Delhi and “Simantini” (Boundless) first edition published by Minerva, Delhi and second by Writers Workshop, Kolkata. This is the third edition of SIMANTINI published on Amazon. An anthology of her Hindustani poems was published by Delhi Poetree. She has written freelance for some of India’s leading English and Hindi dailies. She writes in Hindustani under the name of Priyasi Lakhnawi.
She was born to middle class but literary parents, both of whom wrote, in English and Hindustani. Since, her father was in the armed forces she has lived all over the country. She has worked for almost three decades in private, government and academic institutions. She resides in India. She is an “industry analyst by occupation and a writer by choice.”
Her books received excellent reviews from some of the leading dailies, magazines and journalists in India like The Pioneer, Nagpur Times, Femina, Hindustan Times, National Herald, Khushwant Singh.
