To me the most important thing in life is family. What I love most of all is visiting with my two beautiful granddaughters. All my books are stories about the special moments shared with them. Our times reading books and talking together on walks will forever be cherished. My hope is that the stories written will bring joy to the children, parents, grandparents and great grandparents who take time to read them.

The Bologna Book Fair New Title Showcase (An official showcase of the fair) is the premier book fair event for those working in the field of publishing and content dedicated to children and young people. My book "Going For A Walk With Papa: Story Of Family" was exhibited at the fair.

The World Book Day annual fundraising event for Libraries For Kids, International is held in April. I was honored to be one of the special guests invited to this good event for a great cause.

I have presented “Meet The Author / Story Time Reading” events for children at The Goddard School, Jennie Moore Elementary, Trident Academy, Harrisburg Elementary and The Cooper School.

I am a member of Charleston FRIENDS of the Library and have participated in their “That BIG Book Sale” events supporting literacy, reading and learning opportunities for all the children in our community.

I have been interviewed on FOX 24 NEWS and WWHHI TV to talk about my books.

Remember, the more children read, the more they learn.
