Lekshmy Rajeev

Lekshmy Rajeev is a writer, columnist and translator. Her poems have been published in reputed literary magazines and journals such as Indian Literature, Poetry Chain, The Little Magazine, Deccan Herald Sunday Magazine, and many websites. Her articles have been published in The Hindu, The Indian Express, The Times of India, Deccan Chronicle, Sahara Time, The Sunday Guardian, Deccan Herald, Travel X, Kerala Kaumudi and Mathrubhumi. She was the poetry editor for the website of the British Council for South Asian Women Writers (2005-06). From 2007 to 2014, she worked with Niyogi Books as Consultant Editor.

Published books

Attukal Amma: The Goddess of Millions is her illustrated book on a temple and deity that attracts the largest gathering of women in the planet. It was published by HarperCollins India in July 2016.

Dusk Diary , a volume of poetry titled was published by the Kendra Sahitya Akademi in 2011
