Aarde Cosseboom

Ever since 2008 Aarde Cosseboom’s professional experience has been in the contact center world, helping service businesses and consumers through cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) products and technology. He enjoys working with large global customer service teams to increase and leverage the following areas of business; leadership, customer experience, customer success, operations, technology, customer service, recruiting, and people development.

He is an entrepreneur at heart and has a knack for business, starting and owning small businesses across multiple different verticals. Some of his past businesses include; online retail ecommerce, online membership subscription wine ecommerce, and contact center technology consulting.

Aarde is a thought leader for many customer service and contact center organizations and often speaks at conferences about people, process and technology. Speaking at CCW, ICMI, IQPC, VentureBeat, Frost & Sullivan and many other conferences regularly. He belongs to the NICE InContact ICVC (InContact Visionary Council) and NUG (NICE User Group). He has won multiple awards; 2018 NICE InContact CX Excellence Award for Best Cloud Implementation, 2018 NICE InContact EU Interactions Award for Cloud Excellence, 2014 Voice of the Customer MOJO Award, and was a finalist for 2014 ICMI’s Global Call Center Best Use of Technology Award.

Aarde has partnered with key leaders in the industry to design and develop complex technology tools to include; Chatbots, Virtual Voice Assistants, Socialbots, CRM/IVR integrations, Machine Learning for customer segmentation, custom Smart and Bullseye routing techniques, and caller identification tools.

Aarde enjoys traveling and exploring the uniqueness of how the world works. Always eager and interested in learning and adapting to the world and its unique complexities. He enjoys working with complex global business needs and isn’t shy of solving issues for large and complex businesses.

For the majority of his adult life he has lived in the central coast of California in the town of San Luis Obispo. He recently relocated to Los Angeles in 2016. While in San Luis Obispo he attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo studying Industrial Engineering and worked at a local SaaS (Software as a Service) provider called MINDBODY Inc. Aarde was fortunate in being involved at the Senior Leadership level for MINDBODY Inc while they went IPO in June of 2015.
