Roy Dixon

Hello, My name is Roy Dixon, and I'd like to re-introduce myself. I am originally from Houston, Texas, but now reside in Brownsville, Texas. We are right on the border with Mexico. When I feel like visiting a country, I just walk over to Mexico (a 5 to 10 minutes’ walk, I’m joking… I am too scared to go over there now since the gang violence has gotten out of control. The last time I walked over was back in 2009.). I am now pursuing my Ph. D. a final degree. I am single and live by myself (hopefully in the near future I will get married). Since my near-death experience and hospitalization (I am still recuperating), a female health-care provider now comes to my home 3 times a week to assist in light cleaning and other household chores. Believe it or not, females are the care providers in all this world and for that I am both thankful and grateful.

In the near future, I hope to be able to operate my own company, Dixon Homes, which will provide starting homes to individuals and families in need. I believe owning a single-family starter or basic home should be a Constitutional right such as the right to free basic medical care.
