Julia A. McWilliams

Dr. McWilliams is an educational anthropologist and lecturer in the Critical Writing Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a PhD in anthropology and urban education from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in political economy from Princeton University. She has published on issue of school choice, immigration, and refugees. She resides in Philadelphia with her family.
