I am a graduate of Harvard Law School and most of my writings have been environmental non-fiction, I have a young adult book of historical fiction published (“The Shaman of the Alligewi”). My other passion is to write and read stories for children. The "Chinese Zodiac Bedtime Stories" is my first book for children. I also completed a children's book and plan to publish the book soon.

Career Highlights:

Attorney for twenty-two years, primarily in public sector labor relations. Retired as Hearing Administrator and Chief Administrative Law Judge of the State Employment Relations Board

Natural History Background:

* Board Member, Sierra Club, Ohio Chapter for three years, chairman of the Forestry Committee for a year.

* Board Member, Buckeye Forest Council for two years.

* President and Board Member of Wild Ones Natural Landscapers, Ltd., Columbus Chapter for three years.

* Executive Director and Board Member, Rivers To Wildlands, Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Speaking Experience:

* Frequent lecturer on landscaping with native plants, 2000 – 2006

* Lectures on “The Ghosts of Evolution” in 2006 to staff of The Wilds near Zanesville, Ohio (a zoo); and to the Dept. of Biology graduate students and faculty of Wright State University, Dayton, OH in 2008
