Jeet S Bindra

Jeet S. Bindra was born in Benares (now Varanasi), India. He came to the United States as a graduate student, earning a master’s degree in chemical engineering. He began his professional career as a research engineer for Chevron. In his thirty-two-year career, he took on increasing levels of responsibility, eventually retiring as the company’s president of global manufacturing.

Jeet has been an advocate of diversity and inclusion throughout his career. He has also been a catalyst for change, known for leading underperforming organizations to the top end of industry benchmarks.

Jeet and his wife, Jan, live in Seattle, Washington.
