Rachel Gregoire, originally from the picturesque Turks and Caicos Islands, relocated to Boston to complete her high school education. She then moved to Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance. Rachel furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in International Finance and Accounting with a minor in Hospitality from the University of Liverpool. Building on her academic achievements, she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Hospitality Management at Walden University.

Rachel is a devoted mother to a beautiful daughter and has a son who, although no longer with her, rests peacefully in heaven. Her experience of loss has deeply influenced her work and personal mission.

As an accomplished author, Rachel has published three books that reflect her diverse interests and experiences:

"The Great" by Rachel Gregory - An early chapter book aimed at children, this book uses the concept of a "forever star" to help young readers process and cope with grief creatively and with hope.

"Gracie and Aero’s Wallet" by Rachel Gregory - The first installment in a three-part series, this book introduces children to important financial concepts such as savings, entrepreneurship, and investment, all presented in a kid-friendly manner to inspire them to dream big and work hard.

"Cry Then Boss Up" by Rachel Gregory - This adult non-fiction work offers hope and guidance for those experiencing adversity. It explores the workings of the mind during grief, encourages acceptance of one's truth, and provides strategies for moving forward and achieving personal empowerment.

In addition to her literary accomplishments, Rachel has over a decade of experience in luxury hotel management. She began her career at an all-inclusive luxury resort spanning over 90 acres with a staff of more than 1,200. Currently, she is a full-time hotelier with the Ritz-Carlton, where she serves as the Assistant Director of Residence.

Rachel also works as a hospitality trainer and motivational speaker, sharing her expertise in early reader education and encouraging others to strive for their best selves. She believes that adversity should not defeat one’s spirit and aims to inspire others to find hope and greatness even in challenging times.

Following the loss of her son due to extreme prematurity, Rachel is driven by the dream of establishing a Premature Foundation in his memory, dedicated to supporting and improving the lives of premature infants and their families.
