Praticante de yoga há mais de 20 e professora de Yoga há 15 anos, serei aluna até

que o meu corpo desvaneça.

A minha história é uma aventura com altos e baixos como todos nós. Desde muito

cedo sempre gostei de cantar coisas diferentes da minha língua nativa mesmo sem as

perceber, colocar-me em postura de lótus (sentada de pernas cruzada uma sobreposta a

outra), na varanda e passava horas a fio desde o pôr-do-sol ao anoitecer a contemplar o

céu imenso, a ver as estrelas e os planetas. Era o meu momento de magia. Ali sentia-me

que pertencia ao todo e ao nada. Era uma conexão que até hoje não sei explicar muito

bem, apenas estava em paz. E o silêncio era algo que me agradava e agrada.

Adoro cantar Mantras e sentir as vibrações no meu corpo, já diz o ditado - Quem

canta seus males espanta, eu diria que adicionam uma fonte de energia positiva, alegria

sem limites.
