Jackie Padgette- Baird

Jackie Padgette-Baird has lived the life as an outstanding autodidact, one who has taught herself, mostly, all she knows from spirituality to music, horticulture, animals and health. Working as a very successful performer, singer, song writer, and musician, touring decades, Jackie became chronically ill. After many hospital stays and numerous doctors not able to help her, Jackie decided to dive deep into nutritional study to help herself. Since Jackie’s father was the first bioanalyst and pathologist of the State of California, biochemistry (real nutrition) was of great interest to her. Reading many books in desperation to feel well again, she became inspired and studied the works of Dr. Linus Pauling, Dr. Herbert Shelton, Dr. Weston Price and many others. Applying all that she learned, Jackie got results and mastered how to get well and keep herself well through nutrition.

Years later, Jackie went into her second love becoming a chiropractic assistant to Dr. Victoria Arcadi. All the knowledge that she had acquired made for a great assistant to Dr. Vicky and exposed her to years of the actual clinical nutrition experience. Jackie’s job description was helping Dr. Vicky with the office, patients, and managed all nutrients while promoting Dr. Vicky’s Continuing Education seminar, “Chiropractic Care of the Pregnant Woman”. No easy feat as it has never been accepted before by the Board of Chiropractic in California until Jackie persevered. With what Jackie learned herself, she learned application as an apprentice to Dr. Vicky in the practice. The two became very powerful together when they pioneered in the new field of Glycobiology with clinical application and some of the first studies. Jackie’s ability to teach, guide and coach others into wellness became inspirational to thousands. One day Jackie, again out of desperation, was divinely inspired and created Flush Your Fat 4Good and partnered with Dr. Vicky Arcadi to share it with the world.
