Gordon Gross

Eve Gordon and Harold Gross write collaboratively as Gordon Gross. Among their previous sales are the novelette, "Communion" (F&SF) and the short, dark, and humorous tale, "Out of Warranty" (Analog), as well as other shorts in several smaller magazines, alive and defunct.

They live in the mountains outside of Seattle, Washington, landing in the country-life after transplanting themselves from New York. The move shifted both of their career focuses more to the written word.

Harold took a break after 18 years as a professional actor and Eve from her time as a stand-up comic. Eve now just takes out her frustrations from programming and computer training on her ever-expanding herb garden by tilling soil and screaming at deer.

Harold's solo writing efforts, as Harold Gross, have been published in Alternative Truths: Endgame, Aethernet, Pseudopod.org, Story Seed Vault, and Electric Velocipede and in various anthologies in the US, UK, and Australia. He has received several prizes in various fiction contests and honourable mentions in The Year's Best Fantasy & Horror.

Harold also maintains a near-daily blog of movie reviews (over 2000 non-spoiler write-ups),which can be found at: http://www.haroldgross.com.

Additionally the two have contributed to non-fiction books, Eve to the 6th and 7th editions of the Mac Bible and Harold to the Writer's Guide to Electronic Publishing (1st Ed.) and together in Cup of Comfort cookbook.
