Cynthia Sinclair

Cynthia Sinclair was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota and Los Angeles, California, instilling in her mid-western values and LA street savvy. She worked in justice administration for 46 years . She has volunteered for many years with numerous charities and was president of a wildlife rehabilitation center. She has worked on family genealogy since 2007. She is an avid student of American history.

She is now retired and lives in Oregon with her family, where she spoils her pets, reads and writes books.
