Fahri Karakas

Dr Fahri Karakas is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Leadership at Norwich Business School at University of East Anglia, UK. Dr Karakas has been teaching self-marketing, creativity, design thinking, leadership, employability and career management for the last fifteen years. His research aims to build new ways of understanding how we can nurture the human spirit and build a collective sense of creativity and vitality in organisations. He is the author of 40 articles published in international management journals. Fahri loves diary keeping and doodling.
