Randall Marcus Gutierrez

Randall (Randy) Marcus Gutierrez was born in the northern Californian town of Pittsburg on the southern shore of Suisun Bay part of the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta area, west of Sacramento and east of San Francisco.
