Amber Bradshaw lives off-grid in the mountains of East Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest with her husband and children. Together, they pursue a self-sufficient lifestyle rooted in gardening, livestock, and simple living.

Amber has been featured on Discovery, the History Channel, and other networks, sharing her family’s off-grid journey of homesteading, prepping, and survival.
