Dr. David Liang

Dr. Liang was the Head and Thrust Leader of Space Systems and Technology within Canadian Department of National Defence (DND). He was responsible for all space related research and development activities including surveillance of space, surveillance from space, satellite communications, ballistic missile defence and nuclear related R&D.

When 911 attack took place I was meeting with senior leaders of CIA and National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO) in my Conference Room in Ottawa, Canada. I was at NRO HQ in Washington D.C., the day President Bush was briefed by the then Director of CIA, that a Black Belt Judo Champion Putin, has come to power in Russia, and he could very well use his Judo strategy to deal with the US.

In 1988, I wrote in Chinese Christian Mission Magazine (传杂志) about the possibilities of:

- Eastern Germany uniting with Western Germany

- Chinese intellectuals having conflict with the Chinese military

- The ultimate withdrawal of the US from European political theatre.

As an Engineer/Scientist with no theological training, I am humbled that this book dealing with eschatology, is endorsed by:

In 1991, he received a special Departmental commendation for his R&D contributions. In 1996, he received a Certificate of Award presented by NATO Advisory Group for Aerospace Research and Development.

He is the Board Member of Chinese Christian Mission Canada, Vice Chair of the Board, UK Ambassadors For Christ and former Chairman of the Board, USA Ambassadors For Christ. He took early retirement at 56 in 2003, so that he has more time to serve as a volunteer missionary worker.

He is publishing his 5th book, first in English with his daughter entitled: "Christ's Return and Today's Global Geopolitical Bombshells

Dorothy Liang (Dr. Liang’s daughter) graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. She served as a lawyer and officer in the Canadian Armed Forces including a brief deployment with NATO in Afghanistan, and she currently works in the Senate of Canada.
