Andrew Bawa is an ordained minister, certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, C.E.O of Impact Leadership Consulting and the Lead Pastor of NextGen Worship Centre - a family of true worshippers based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Laden with a heart for community service, passion for youths, young adults, immigrants and refugee communities, and a calling to raise a generation with a difference, Andrew Bawa is a well sought-after speaker who serves God faithfully through ministerial works and humanitarian engagements that has seen him minister to congregations and communities in over 13 countries across Africa, North America, Europe, Asia and the Caribbeans.

Andrew Bawa is happily married to the graceful Yenkat Bawa and, together, they live with their two lovely girls, Elswidih and Elnessa. A true leader and visionary, with over two decades of ministerial service under his belt, Andrew remains committed to raising a generation with a difference, organizing spirit filled empowerment events all over the world, and inspiring youths to follow in Christ’s footsteps and become leaders.
