Travis Weaver

Travis was born in Dayton, Ohio where he lived until he joined the US Navy in 2005. He spent six years in the military on multiple deployments in the Middle East. After leaving the military in 2011 he moved to California to attend art school. After graduating Travis took to the sea with his wife and newborn son on their sailboat to travel around the world. Travis has written his entire life, and "Walking the Path Violet," is his debut book-length poem that promises a profound and fulfilling career as a poet and writer.
