Pietro Marini

Pietro Marini was born in 1962 and grew up in a small town in central-southern Italy, where he early learned to move between worlds that seemed far apart: music and chemistry, painting and biology, writing and critical thought. He studied violin at the Conservatory of Foggia, building a classical and humanistic foundation before moving to Milan, where he earned his degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and specialized in Pharmacology.

His professional life has been devoted to research and experimentation, exploring both molecules and human behaviour. Yet he has never stopped seeking the hidden connections between what heals the body and what nourishes the mind, convinced that every discipline reflects a piece of the same puzzle.

Today he continues to write, study, and observe the world with a dual gaze: analytical and oblique, aware that truth—if it exists—lurks in the details, and that sometimes it is irony itself that makes it visible.
