John Glass

John Glass is a playwright and a short story writer. In 2014 he founded Student Plays, which has scripts for 5th grade through community college. John has had plays produced in Michigan, New York, Texas, Alabama and California.

John has also published short stories and poetry in over ten literary journals, and has published two collections of fiction, "Pumpkins and Paint," and "Hardball, Hi-Hats, and Haunts."

John is now publishing children's fiction. He released "Car Chases Make Me Hungry!" in 2021. In 2022 he released "In the Middle of Middle School," in 2024, "The Magic of Middle School," and in 2025, "The Mysteries of Middle School." These books are collections of short stories framed around middle school students.
