Meet the Author Celeste Hightower

As a Christian and a foster parent, Celeste has seen firsthand the positive impact a relationship with God can have on children. She has also witnessed the grave consequences of children raised without knowing Him— living in a hopelessness that often leads to tragedies such as suicide and school shootings. She feels that God has called her to let all children know that He loves them and that they have been made for a purpose.

Her experiences have led her to develop a story that will captivate children’s imaginations while teaching them about God and enriching their faith. Using a character she created for home videos that evolved into live appearances at local events, Celeste used the overwhelming responses to her “Big Baby” persona to spread the message of hope through this book.
