Lucy Crisetig

Writing was in my soul as a child growing up in Stratford, Ontario, when I’d write poems and short stories as well as create art. Reaching deeply to draw out meaning in life has often been at the core of my writing. Once my children were born, I took it more seriously and enrolled in several writing courses. I grew through experience and delved into Spirituality, Modern Psychology and Life Coaching. I feel a passion to share this knowledge. My first book “Finding Sofia -be inspired” is part of this evolution. I continue to share my writing through published articles, my blog, and Creative Mindfulness Coaching practice.
