Mariah Hicks

Mariah Maddox is a mother, wife and a passionate storyteller focused on weaving her lineage through words. Residing in Ohio, her works centralize on themes of womanhood and motherhood. She has self-published two collections of work "To Wilt and Bloom" and "Beckoning of the Wind: An Ode to Motherhood." Through these works, she digs deep into the transformative experiences of being a woman and a mother and uses them to process her wounds while also making space for healing.
