I'm what you might call a late starter with regard to writing - too busy 'living', so I'll have something to write about...

My heroines are strong (sometimes older) women, facing whatever chaos they have created in their lives and turning things around for themselves and those that matter to them. The boundaries between ordinary and non-ordinary reality are often blurred and everyday magic unfolds - and who decides what's 'real' anyway?

With close family and friends in England and in Germany, and after over three decades in England, I currently live with my husband in a little crooked house in the foothills of the Ölberg near Bonn/Germany. My 'day-job' is translating German-language books into English, usually for Indie authors.
