Susan M. Davis

I am a woman, a lesbian, a teacher and a writer. I live with my partner of 15 years and our three dogs. I have taught in a public school for 28 years. I have taught 8th grade English to over 2000 students in my career so far. My partner suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm on 7/28/2008. She had less than a 1% chance to live. I was at her bedside for five months, never missing one day. My Book "Where There is Life, There is Breath" is about our story, Karen's survival, and my commitment to loving her.
