D. B. Fyfe

D.B. Fyfe lives in Plain City, Utah, where he was born and raised. He's the author of the Days of Future Past series. His main interests are reading, writing, model railroading and listening to music (rock/metal). Publishing Days of Future Past has been a dream of D.B.'s since his pre-teens and has undergone many changes over the years. Seeing the movie Beneath The Planet Of The Apes in 1971 struck a cord in D.B. and he fell in love with Science Fiction. It also caused a yearning to write a Sci-fi story. The very first idea was a short story titled Planet Of The Kids, dealing with children take over the Earth. This series would have incorporated many characters from his favorite TV shows and movies. Fortunately, his mother stepped in and explained Plagiarism to him, thus saving him from a world of lawyer filled red tape. Undaunted, D.B. continued on, coming up with his own characters and various stories under the titles The Eldorado Kid and Point Of Entry. These eventually morphed into what is know Days of Future Past. Days of Future Past is a Sci-Fi/adventure that mainly centers around two young men, Davies and Brian, and will span, hopefully, a good number of books dealing with adventures in both the future and past; hence the meaning behind the title.
