David Edward Cummings, PhD is a Professor of Microbiology at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA and an elder at Pathways Community Church in Santee, CA. He writes and speaks about mental health in the church, academia, and industry not as one with training as a therapist or psychologist, but as a scientist, a Christian, and a fellow sufferer.
