Dr. Rakesh Jain

I am an engineer with MBA-Masters in Business Administration (Human Resource) and Doctorate in 'Feedback Management Skills for Decision Making'. Not many, world over have gone for research in something different from their original area of education or training.

My keen interest in study of limitations of communication and feedback has driven me into this.

I have rich experience, two years in private companies, three years in a government job, followed by 36 years in a fortune 500 top Indian public sector company-last position held, a General Manager.

Now I teach MBA-masters in business administration students; train engineers and technicians in industry as well as engineering students on energy efficiency; besides working as a consultant on energy efficiency.

I am also a BEE- bureau of energy efficiency (ministry of power, government of India) certified energy manager. I worked in two Oil refineries, their company headquarters, an energy conservation organization, a research organization besides a television station and a power plant.
