Dr. Gail Ade

Dr. Gail Ade is an I-O Psychology Practitioner & Executive Coach, who bridges the field of behavioral psychology, leadership, and organizational development to offer transformational whole-person coaching and value-based corporate solutions. As a business, holistic life, and executive coach, she leverages behavior analysis (DiSC + EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360) to help clients maximize their full potential, develop emotional intelligence, and achieve sustainable leadership success.

Dr. Gail is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education, and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) through the Society for Diversity. She earned her Post-Doctorate in Leadership & Organizational Strategy, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, and a graduate degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
