Hi everyone! I am a lawyer and writer from the United States who enjoys writing romantic comedies, erotic novellas, and poetry. I also dabble in the paranormal.

My romantic comedies - The Sleeping Arrangement, The Things We Don't Say, Abigail Henry Feels Fine, and Love & Omissions feature main characters who are strong female leads willing to open their hearts to the right person.

Branded and its sequel Torn diverge from my romantic comedies in the sense that they include paranormal elements, but readers will find the humor, drama and romance that appear in my romantic comedies. The third book in the series - United - will be released in Fall 2021.

I go by the name Allie Hayes when I write erotica novels. Allie's novellas are romantic comedies with naughty scenes that are inappropriate for readers under the age of 18. Allie also dabbles in poetry with spice.

My poetry books are so fun to put together. I love writing novels, but they require a lot of time and brain space that I don't always have. Poetry is a wonderful way for me to take a break from writing novels, but still flex my writing muscle. I would not consider myself a complicated poet by any means and I've been told my poetry is relatable to readers who don't traditionally read poetry.

In my free time, I enjoy yoga, pilates and lifting weights. I have an amazing son who brings a tremendous amount of love and joy to my life, a pekingese named Remi who keeps me on my toes, and an amazing support group of family and friends who encourage me to keep writing.
