Evgeniya Pautova

I was born in 1986 in a small town called Rybinsk.

I studied arts and children psychology and got my Master in Psychology and Pedagogic at Yaroslavl State University (2008)

Later I moved to Moscow and got a Graphic Design career. In 2014 I made a shift into Illustration with a focus on Children's books, prints for products, and Pattern Design.

I’m now based in Prague and happily work as a full-time illustrator from my cozy studio above the local coffee shop.

I regularly exhibit in the Czech Republic and abroad and teach drawing, sketching, and hints of illustration business. I also run a regular sketching and networking event for artists called Creative Breakfast.

In my free time, I like taking my Boston terrier Paprika for a long walk, inventing some crazy lindy hop moves, and reading a good old book while drinking V60 coffee.
