Sarah Dvojack

Born and raised in Washington (state), Sarah has written and illustrated since she was conscious enough to do so. When she was a little older than that, she decided she wanted to make books and has forsaken all attempts to broaden her horizon.

History is her speciality, especially if there's fantasy somewhere in the folds. Circus history is her bread-and-butter.

She got her BFA in Graphic Design from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. In 2015, and a few thousand miles away, she graduated with her MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in NYC.

She now works as a book designer at Scholastic.
