Winston Sieck

Dr. Winston Sieck is president and principal scientist at Global Cognition. His research applies cognitive psychology and learning science to solve problems in education and training.

Sieck specializes in the study of high-value skill sets that are hard to measure and challenging to develop. These include skills that underpin decision making, collaboration, and adaptability. A major focus of his current research is to understand and improve cultural competence – the skills people need to adapt quickly to new cultures and work effectively with diverse partners.

He lives in Yellow Springs, OH, where he enjoys roaming nature trails with his wife and their boxer.
