Alexis J.

Born in Charleston County, South Carolina and raised around a whole bunch of cultural goodness! Growing up in between the Low country and Southwest Louisiana, you can imagine all the pretty cool experiences I had an opportunity to partake in from our diverse culture.

As a result of my upbringing, I have become an author, an artist, jewelry maker, painter, photographer, & a motivational speaker. I'm also a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a friend, an auntie, a cousin, a mate and best of all, a lover of God. Being in my current transition of life has afforded me the opportunity to share some of my most raw writings and excerpts with you. My goal as an author is to give you something to relate to and/or present to you a point of view that may have never crossed your mind.
