Marty Human

Marty Human was born in California but moved to Tennessee as a child. He was adopted by family, Sonny and Velma Human, at the age of 6 when his mother was shot and killed. He grew up in the small town of Lancing with Wayne, Tony, Sandy, Eugene and Monica.

After graduating high school, he moved away and began a lifetime of working in sales, particularly commission sales. He spent time as a real estate agent during the mid 90s, and decided to move into the mortgage side of real estate as a loan originator in 2004. Marty was immediately very successful as a mortgage loan originator, quickly promoted to branch manager, then relocated to build up multiple other branches.

He left the business in 2008, and moved to Knoxville to be closer to his daughter Eryka, then spending the next few years buying and selling baseball cards and playing poker for a living. He ultimately got back into the mortgage business as a loan originator and then met David Dewitt, and in 2013 he joined Dave to run a mortgage branch in Knoxville.

It was Christmas time in 2014 when Marty and Kristi first met, instantly fell in love, and then married less than six months later. Kristi and her son Justin joined Marty and his daughter Eryka and began their new family adventures together. Now, they are creating a new chapter of life with their business, the Human Energy Buzz.
