Heather S. Fleming

Heather S. Fleming is an educator, diversity and inclusion trainer and developer, educational advocate, and author. Her work is concentrated on helping people understand the systemic and personal barriers to racial conciliation and healing.

"My goal is just to bring people together. I want everyone to understand the value in inclusion. The work is hard, but the reward is worth it. I basically get the opportunity to love people everyday and to teach them how to love me." Through her work, her story, and her experience, Heather has made countless connections and allies who are contributing to the creation of a better society for all.
