Tim Herlihy

As far as whiskey experts go, they don’t come more Irish True than Tim Herlihy. Born and raised in Ireland, Tim began his whiskey career with the Cooley Distillery and has travelled to numerous distilleries across Ireland, Scotland, the US and beyond, studying firsthand the history of whiskey and the entire production process from malting to maturation

In his role as Tullamore D.E.W Ambassador, Tim has presented at whiskey shows and cocktail weeks, presenting on Irish Whiskey History, Cocktails and one of his favourite topics, the Irish Pub. In 2016 Tim set off on a 30 day, Ultimate Irish Pub Tour, visiting all 50 states plus a district searching for the very best Irish Pubs across America in the build up to St.Patrick’s Day

Tim has led Irish, Irish Whiskey and Cocktail segments on Access Hollywood Live, Fox and Friends, The Steve Harvey Show, amongst other broadcast and print outlets. In 2015 Tim was announced as Whisky Magazine’s Icons of Whisky: Best Irish Whiskey Ambassador. In 2017 Tim became a World record holder setting a new record for World’s Biggest Irish Coffee on National Irish Coffee Day, Jan 25th in Chicago at Fado Irish Pub. Additionally Tim had the honour of being the official toast master for the World’s Shortest St.Patrick’s Day Parade, in Hot Springs, Arkansas
