James Southern began writing fantasy to counter the not-so-moral stories his young son was reading. He wrote "Once Upon: Fairly Tall Fairy Tales" and "Once Upon Once Again." "Rash Promises is his first venture into Christian nonfiction. He and his wife now live in Summerland, B.C., Canada.
