Al Parsai

Al Parsai is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC‑IRB) based in Toronto. Since 2011, he has represented clients from over 60 countries in immigration, enforcement, and inadmissibility matters. Al appears before all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and leads the Immigration Consultants Network (ICN), a professional community of over 1000 RCICs. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where he teaches immigration practice at Ashton College. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Pedagogy at the University of Toronto.

Al holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and an engineering background that enhances his analytical and problem-solving skills. He has authored 12 books in English and Farsi, including the Amazon bestseller 88 Tips on Immigration to Canada, the mental health workbook Adios Blackdog, and his latest legal resource, Inadmissibility to Canada for Human Rights Violations. With over 1,500 published articles and a strong presence as a speaker and educator, Al regularly delivers workshops on immigration law, business strategy, and artificial intelligence for professionals and organizations across Canada and beyond.
