If given the chance LD would spend most of her days reading and most of her nights listening to music. One of her own quote she shares is "Poems are just the lyrics without the sounds." Growing up she been surrounded by music and have been intrigued by the many arts. From dance to painting and writing anything she can put a finger to become imaginative. Her inspiration to write poetry had come from silent thoughts and real feelings. She had suppressed them because she felt as if no one cared enough to acknowledge them. When she debuted her first book, it felt like a Pandora's box of poems had escaped. Working diligently she continues to write and expressing her inner thoughts. Her next level of creativity is in the works, and more books are soon to come.
