Hi! I'm so happy you are here. We have been on this OCD journey for the last five years and finally feel like we have a little control over it. My husband and I hope sharing our story will help raise OCD awareness and provide help and hope to those little ones who are fighting this ugly monster. In our home, we don't believe in the phrase Practice makes Perfect, but we do believe in Practice being Brave.
