Dr. Janine Stichter grew up in a multilingual household. Early on she was fascinated by how verbal and nonverbal behaviors work in concert to tell a person’s story. As a wife and mother of three, she understands the daily challenge of living a lean, healthy happy lifestyle. Through the exploration of environment, mind, and body, Janine fulfills her commitment to helping others actualize their best life.
Her work as a behaviorist has helped individuals and organizations create positive behavior change for two decades, both as a researcher and clinician. She has conducted over 100 national and international presentations, has written over 90 peer-reviewed research papers, and has contributed to numerous books. With a Ph.D. in behavior analysis, she understands the complexity of behavior and the need for a multi-faceted lifestyle approach for sustained change.The REDEFIT Model and book provides an opportunity to share key strategies for others to live their own lean, healthy, happy life.
