Alex is the M. Keith Weikel Distinguished Chair in Leadership at the Wisconsin of School Business. He was recently featured in the New York Times in the article, "Three Professors Shaping the Future of Business. Alex conducts research on self-efficacy, confidence, primed goals, and incentive motivators. He teaches courses on leadership and organizational behavior. Alex has given over 100 professional talks and has consulted globally (Australia, Canada, China, Chile, Denmark, Germany, South Korea, Vietnam, South Africa, and U.S.) on the topic of Transformational Leadership, Goal-setting, Organizational Culture, and Self-efficacy in the Careers of Women.
