Pamela Ayuso

Pamela Ayuso is an author, entrepreneur, and mother. She is the author of Heptagram: The 7-Pillar Business Design System for the 21st Century, an Amazon bestseller, as well as Heptagrama and Ascending Spiral, a practical and inspiring guide to redesigning our relationship with time, habits, and focus.

Inspired by her husband and three daughters, she has also written two children’s books: Alicia and Bunnie Paint a Mural and Amanda and Sophia’s Adventures in the Forest.

Beyond her writing, Pamela is the cofounder and CEO of Celaque, the leading developer of residential and office buildings in Honduras, where she has led exceptional growth and helped establish the company as an industry benchmark. She is also the founder and president of Liquidámbar, an organization dedicated to education and environmental preservation through initiatives such as forest restoration and school infrastructure improvement.
