Cady Suppe

Cady Suppe is a recent Southeastern University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in English and a Creative Writing minor. During her time at SEU, she founded Original: Creative Writing Club and served as its president for two semesters. She has multiple published articles for BlueBottleBiz, a company in Madrid, Spain, as well as a publication in We Are SEU, (“Sit Down and Write”) and creative works in two student anthologies (“The Light Will Call Us Home” and “In the Beginning”). Though experienced in non-fiction, her passion is for writing fictional stories set in modern-day with a preference for focusing in on smaller stories and characterization. Her work-in-progress, Fate's Failings, will feature the stories of 20 people, each with their own unique set of life circumstances. In order to write such a large cast of characters, she has done extensive research into representing diversity in writing and has found value in creating space for people in her stories that do not often find themselves the main characters of their own stories.
