Dr. Abrahams is a board certified Interventional and Diagnostic Radiologist. After graduating from Wake Forest University as a Presidential Art scholar in 2003, he decided to pursue a career in medicine and attended Georgia Campus PCOM. He graduated as valedictorian and went on to complete a transitional internship at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital followed by Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Medical College of Georgia. He was awarded Resident of the year and served as Chief Resident before moving to the University of Miami for fellowship in Interventional Radiology. Dr. Abrahams stayed on faculty at the University of Miami for two years after completing his IR fellowship. He currently works in Omaha, Nebraska and teaches at Creighton University.
Dr. Abrahams also has over 15 years of experience in illustration, fine art, photography, and graphic design. In 2003, he served as Chief Illustrator for Sandbox Learning. He has contributed to a variety of academic projects and is currently working with Huda's Physics in Medicine to create and update medical physics publications.
