Kristen Krueger was born in Englewood, Colorado. She grew up in Littleton, CO and lived there until she ventured to the foreign nation of Washington D.C. where she obtained her Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology. Kristen is passionate about many things, but most importantly, she loves her family and she loves Jesus. Her husband is a Federal Law Enforcement officer and her 3-year-old son is just discovering his fiery passions as well. Kristen believes that healing is possible for everyone who is willing to open up their hearts and fight for whom they want to be. Surviving numerous traumas including the Columbine High School Massacre in 1999, created a deep understanding of the pain that other people can cause and the grueling journey from shattered to whole. It is through her own journey to healing that God provided her an avenue to truly help other people who have survived the flames of hell. As a certified Master's Level Splankna Practitioner, a specialist in trauma-informed care, and someone who will never give up on helping someone who truly wants to be free, Kristen has been able to bring real hope and healing to the clients that she has worked with throughout the years. With her current book, Healing the Invisible Wounds of Trauma: A Columbine Survivor's Story, Kristen hopes to extend the offer of complete and effective healing from trauma to everyone who is courageous enough to fight the battle to win back their life.
