Carlos M. Lago

Carlos M. Lago is a Harvard graduate with many interests. He is a writer, an engineer, a scientist, and an anti-pollutionist who retired from the Environmental Protection Agency. He owns a life-long interest in sharks. An encounter with a tiger shark in Caribbean waters planted in his mind the idea of writing this book.
